Redbus

App faulty, useless customer service, no clear communication.

RedBus still working fine for me until i start using their promotion codes. Case 1: Ticket ID - SG169S3694058 (purchased 28th Sept 2016) I purchased this ticket on the web-site worth SGD60 with the promo code which state to give me 100% rebate. The web-site shows me that they'll give me a 100% rebate into my redbus wallet, but nothing happen until now (21st Oct 2016). Called in (about 2 weeks ago), the lady say she will check with the support team but nothing since then. Case 2: Ticket ID - SG169S7904027 (purchased 28th Sept 2016) I purchased this ticket on the app worth SGD 60 with the promo code which state to give me 30% discount. The app shows me a discount of SGD18, and the amount i should be paying was SGD42 so i went ahead to make payment. Charged me full amount SGD60 on my card, so i called in on 29th Sept, the lady says she will check with the support team and they will get back to me in 24hours. No reply since, so I called in again on 2nd Oct, the lady says there were no issue raised before, and promise me she will raise it up to the support team and get back to me in 24hours. No reply AGAIN since then, so I sent an e-mail. On the 16th Oct, support team reply me saying that the promo code I used was expired and I will not get any discount on the ticket I purchased. If the promo code was expired, why is it possible for the App to tell me I'm getting a discount. If there is an error on the system, why am I the one taking the hit? If your're generous about promo, u do it, and keep your words, that's good. If you're not so generous about promo, you don't run any but you kept your words on the deal, that's still fine. But in both of my case, you promise to give me this or that, at the end, nothing for me, and try to give me funny reason why you couldn't keep your words.
