Remotes World is really helpful
Remotes World sent me a remote control (rc) for a Pioneer receiver but I was mistaken to ask for a different one than I had. They helped me to reprogram the rc for the one I actually have. Then it turned out the rc couldn't control the receiver and with their help we found out that the receiver has a problem. Too bad. I then reinstalled my older Pioneer receiver of which my rc is still functioning. And then they helped me to reprogram their rc for another device, a sony amplifier of which the rc didn't function well anymore. Remotes World is really trustworthy and they really don't give up helping!
