Change of subscription ownership
I bought the lifetime subscription about quite a while ago and I don't use vpn so often but recently I tried to Log in and I got the message that my account has been banned. Contacted the customer support and I was told that my subscription ownership has been changed to some other account and I was given an email address which I have no clue about. I have tried to ask them why and how can they do it and I could not get a satisfactory answer. I didn't get any information about the subscription ownership change at all. To me it seems that they sell the subscription cheap and then this way they get rid of people and take their money. I have lost my money but I would suggest people who are using this service to keep their import ant stuff out of this vpn reach. Obviously I would never buy anything from them again.
