Myself and Vietnamese friend are going to Malaysia. The Vietnamese name is correct. Malaysia Airline has the name written different. Traveloka has no customer sevice to phone, only their online chat with 'IVAN' led to the conclusion that Malaysia Airline now has to deal with it. I do not believe for a minute that there is a CS agent at Traveloka. Malaysia Airline is the same, no humana being to talk too, all online. I have filled in the details and uploaded the passport and now have to wait for the outcome. If I could give '0' stars, I would.
