Full of scammers
Full of scammers. Two orders on different days have not been delivered, and the tracking number does not exist. I contacted customer service, and just got fobbed off.I tried to buy a gaming box from a supplier on alibaba. Every item I selected to buy. They sent a message saying out of stock, and had to apply for a refund. I had ordered other stuff from them, and was worried, as something didn't seem right. So I tried to cancel the order, and it was escalated to alibaba. The seller kept saying no refund, and I would have to have the order. This went on for two weeks, and I was getting no help from alibaba. So, I let the orders to be dispatched. There was no tracking number from the seller, just a telephone number to contact in China if there were any issues. Two weeks later. I got a message from alibaba, saying the payment has been unfrozen, as the items had been delivered. Well, the items have not been delivered, and trying to get my money back is a nightmare. The seller just puts 0.00 refund, and then the dispute runs for another week, and this keeps running like this. the seller knows how to play the system, and hopes that people get sick of waiting, and just gives up. Well this is not going to happen. I have stopped spending on alibaba, and moved to another supplier, and won't buy again until my issues have been sorted.
