Great customer service and fast delivery
I needed to get a replacement battery for my laptop computer, which is a few years old. I tried Amazon and saw Batteryheads had one, but I was unsure which exact version to order. I looked up Batteryheads on line and emailed their customer service people. I got an answer back quickly with instructions on how to determine the correct one to order. I ordered the version I wanted and received it within 2 days. This couldn't have gone better.
