Terrible
The website is very confusing. The tour that I had reserved through trip shock wasn't going on at the time and place it was advertised. There's was a different tour that I had no desire to go on. It wasn't the one I had bought the voucher for. Even if I had wanted to do that particular tour, I couldn't have. It was over booked, over crowded and the most unorganized chaos I've seen.
