Charged me for items not in Stock.
I placed an order with this company on Thursday the 3rd and contacted the company on Monday the 7th only to be informed that they didn't have any of the items I attempted to order in Stock and it was going to take a week tor credit my account. Very unprofessional. After discovering that all items I ordered were out of stock I spent about an hour working with customer service to build an order simular to my first one that would be shipped out that day. After nearly completing the order I was informed by customer service that the manager said they could only issue a refund. To top the whole ordeal off they contacted me offering me store credit to remove my negative review. Sheesh
