I ordered a case for a kindle as a Christmas present. Received email to say it had been despatched and gave option to track the package. Told it could be up to 7 days for order to be received. I have been trying to contact customer services as tracking system has no record of the package existing and when entering their own site, it states I have no order outstanding. Concerned I have been conned. Just want communication to be reassured all is in order.
