They mail bombed me after I declined their loan offer.
I'm very angry with Loandepot. I applied for a loan two weeks ago, and after much ado, found out that they wanted about ten thousand dollars of up-front fees. I told them I wasn't interested, and thought that was that. No way. The next day I got a call from a rep who tried to force feed me the loan. When I protested, she hung up on me. That's not the end of the story. Yesterday in the mail (physical mail) I received no fewer than ten thick identical copies of the loan application, amounting to almost ten pounds of paper filled with all of our personal data. I had to laboriously shred the entire bundle for fear that our private data would fall into the wrong hands. I would avoid Loandepot at all costs!
