Dishonourable Chinese company.
Dishonourable Chinese company. I ordered a tablet and within 3 hours replied to the order confirmation email to cancel the order. I sent a separate email and a facebook messanger message at the same time for good measure. Their refund policy states full refund if cancelled before dispatch. No response for 24 hours, then an email saying the item had been dispatched. I've sent 3 more emails with no reply to any of these. I have also now found out that the chatbot that handles their Facebook messenger, only sends a generic 'not available' message. I haven't even received the tablet yet and I'm already disgusted with this dishonourable company.
