I bought 3 dolls from this company
I bought 3 dolls from this company. The day I received them I immediately contacted the company to say I was not pleased with the dolls and I wanted a refund. First of all, I was sent the wrong doll that was defective (one eye was bigger than the other and the body was deformed). The other dolls were not reborn dolls. The dolls at Dollar Tree looked better than the ones I received, I asked for them to send me shipping documents so I could send them back. They pretty much told me that they could not refund everyone's money who said they were not satisfied with the dolls. They asked for pictures and I asked for a shipping label. They told me that I would have to pay for shipping because of the cost of shipping it to me from China. They came back and said that they would refund me 50% and I can keep the dolls. I told them no. Then they offered me 70% and I said no. This went on for 2 days. I told them I had contacted my credit card company and I will wait to hear from them. Three days later I received an email from the doll company giving me a full refund. The next day I received an email from my credit card company saying my complaint was resolved in my favor. Thank you Jesus!
