Horrible customer support and service !
When paying for the full year everything seems to work as expected , However : -Not built for rural areas the cameras would send me notifications 30-40 times a day , prompting me to learn to ignore them lol. - I received a notice saying payment failed , I cancelled the service , they took the full years payment anyways and now claim that cancelling my account erased all records of payment so refunds were impossible. -Cancelling their cloud service is extremely difficult and ended with me having to email them directly to cancel the account.
