Dreadful service - still not arrived
Order confirmed 31 August, hasn’t arrived. Have asked for refund as account still shows “ unfulfilled” at 10th September. Fed up of chasing and terrible ( autobot?) communication and service. I see I’ve joined a long list of dissatisfied customers.
