I had a concerning problem and sent an email to customer services. A short time later I received an email letting me know that my problem had been taken care of. I do not wish to relate what my problem was, but I can tell everyone that dealing with Bioma’s Customer Service was amazing! I will not hesitate to praise their people (Yes, Real People ) for the their thoughtfulness and understanding. Also their supplements are top notch too.
