Tech support rose up to the occasion
I contacted VividStorm do to an issue that occurred after having my screen for about 4 years. VividStorm analyzed my videos and sent me the parts I needed to fix my issues. I was a little intimidated on replacing the parts but the tech videos they sent me guided me through the process. They were very responsive to all my inquiries. The replacement part made my screen have new features that allows me to use the screen with my smart home system. Thank you VividStorm for helping me correct my issues.
