"White Glove Installation" service isn't.
"White Glove Installation" service opened the box, attempted to install it, said they were missing a part and then left the box on my living room floor going on a week now. After calling the shipping company asking if they were returning, they said the order was closed. The shipping company then said a manager would call me to have them return and install the microwave, but they never called back. A $600 microwave is currently taking up space on my floor and no one seems to care but me. I will not be using ApplianceConnection again.
