Don't buy. Every online store should allow returns and refunds — this one technically does, but strongly advises against it due to customs fees and high return costs. In my case, returning the item would have cost more than the product itself. They should clearly inform users about this before purchase, especially for European customers. If selling to Europe brings these kinds of issues, maybe just don’t sell here. Instead of a proper return, they offered a ridiculous compensation, and now I’m stuck with an item that doesn’t even fit. Really bad experience — I won’t be buying from them again.
