horrible support. only cash grab events
Have made alot of support tickets, all give the same reply: "Hello. We’re very sorry, but since we've got a lot of tickets pending, we might not be able to deal with you problem in time. To make sure that your problem get resolved more quickly, for such problems, we suggest that you report via our forum, or through the in-game GM function, where you may post your questions there, and wait for the player moderators to answer for you. Thank you very much for your understanding and patience! We hope that you are always enjoying yourself in the game! " Everyone are saying they get the same reply and noone has ever gotten any answear on the forum, its basicly their trashbin. They even go as far as making fake posts here with 5 stars which should say everything about the company.
