I have ordered from songmont a few times and have been beyond happy with my purchases. I had a tracking issue with my latest purchase and the customer service team was efficient, prompt, polite and informative. I was both impressed and thankful with how they responded. They packaged the products so well, so that they don’t get damaged. The quality of the products are very well made. They have a repeat customer in me.
