Customer Service and product
We love the "Me First" buzzers. We just ordered a second set because they are such a hit among our training courses. I worked with Joyce yesterday regarding our order. She was so great to deal with and was willing to replace the product we ordered because it appeared initially that the package was missing even though the post office said it was delivered. I work in customer service and recognize good service when I receive it. Joyce went above and beyond our expectations. I will always go back to Trainers Warehouse for out training tool needs regardless of the price.
