I am so glad I came across Jake and endmyopia. I never questioned my need for corrective lenses until a couple of years ago and my brother gave me a book about the bates method. I decided to look into it and found endmyopia and was so glad I did. The information is backed with science unlike other information out there. I started a year and a half ago and am down from -5.25 to -3 correction in both eyes. I’ve learned what causes myopia to progress and have developed habits to reverse the progression. His teaching approach is very engaging I highly recommend his site and researching the information he makes available.
