Beware great delivery but shocking service if you have a problem
Bought phone as a gift. It failed after 2 hours, blank screen absolutely dead. Not able to use their contact us screen, followed instructions but it never lets me upload images (tried loads of stuff). Have been using the published email address, used many times in the past and it works for presales, so far after about 6 emails no response. Opened formal dispute through PayPal, getting some response now but currently they do not appear to understand and their input is of no value. So, Beware great delivery but if you have a problem !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
