Excellent service
I purchased a batteryless, wireless, 2 receiver doorbell from innoo in august 2019. Last week it stopped working. After a few emails to innoo, which were answered very promptly, as they had no replacements in stock, I was offered a refund. This is in my bank today, within a week of my first contacting them. The service I received is very commendable. I know a lot of people have problems with faulty goods ordered on line and have a lot of hassle trying to get a positive solution, but this is a glowing example of how genuine complaints should be handled.
