Horrific.
Horrific. Ordered a stand. Arrived with the silica gel packets broken all over it. As these are poisonous I quickly sealed the parcel and asked for collection. They insisted I re opened the product and took photos to prove this to them… despite me explaining this would expose me to contaminants. They are Chinese and the communication style is pathetic. Distrusting, rude, broken English. I didn’t even get an apology. Avoid!
