Cant get refund
I pre-ordered an item, it wasnt shipped at the promised time, I decided to cancel my order because I found something else. I have been calling and emailing this company for days and since the order had not been shipped there should not be a problem to cancel and get a refund. But I cannot get this place to give me a refund for an item that had not been shipped but already fully charged to my credit card. This is absurd! After a lot of attempts company refunded my money.
