Sent wrong order, but corrected it
I ordered some paper with custom perforations. They sent me paper with the perforations in the wrong place. I called up and they said they'd send out the correct product at no cost to me. Hopefully it will arrive soon and this will be resolved. Edit: The corrected order did arrive in a timely manner and I was provided with a 25% discount on my next order due to the error.
