Not a Trust worthy place to shop
I had ordered a new watch and they send me a used/refurbished product... screen was full of scratches. Their funny reply was it was due to shipping which clearly wasn't the case. Since product was used I asked for 40 to 50% refund as sending back was not an option due to return shipping cost but After lot of email they offered less than 10% refund and that too in TD points. Just imagine who is going to shop there again when u were cheated in the first place. With TD points u r not allowed to used all of it when u shop which means u have to spend more money to buy more things to used it. Got my refund in PayPal finally but beware think twice when shopping here. Better shop in AliExpress where there is buyers protection. ---reply--- There is nothing else to check with your email. Whatever is stated people should take this into consideration while shopping at your website. Nothing can be more annoying when you pay for new things and get a used one.
