18 hour wait for my gold (was meant to be 6 hours)
I bought my gold yesterday evening, I was told it would take around 6 hours to get the gold to me which I was okay with. I logged on today to find my gold hadn’t been sent, when I messaged them about this they had not got round to my order and said that it could take a further 4-8 hours to get my gold, they did not offer me any compensation and advised the only thing they could give me was a discount code for my next order (which you get emailed anyway even without complaining) Over all very disappointed ☹️
