Disappointing Quality Despite Beautiful Designs
I have purchased several earrings from this company, and while the designs are beautiful, the quality leaves much to be desired - especially with their high prices. The clasps on the earrings do not close properly, and the locks on the hoop earrings feel like thin wire – they are incredibly flimsy, bend easily, and break far too quickly. This issue isn't limited to one type of earring, but all the ones I bought.. Additionally, their return policy is extremely frustrating. It’s almost impossible to return an item unless it’s defective, and they don’t allow you to exchange your purchase for something else. This lack of flexibility significantly lowers the overall experience. All in all i would not recommend buying from Ask&Embla with such high price ranges.
