Bad repair service
I used their repair service for one hash board. I paid for that 90€ for the shipment and 30$ for repairs and 10$ for the banks fees. After that they sent me back an used dirty hash board with low hash rate. I wrote to them to explain my disappointment but It seems that it is the bitmain standard. They just asked me to send my hash board again with a coupon offer for my shipment amount. (shipment = 90€) For information, a coupon could be used only if I buy something new from them and doesn’t cover the entire amount for the shipment whatever what I buy. Bitmain have no respect for their customers and the others country laws. I reported them to the competent authorities for fraud. Bitmain must follow the country standard where they sell their ASIC or they should be ban from this country. If they can already start by owning their mistakes that would be a good start.
