Extremely frustrating experience and poor customer support
I attempted to place an order with Iron Panda Fit and ran into multiple issues that were never properly resolved. First, I was unable to receive the 6-digit email verification code required to create my account, despite trying multiple times and checking spam/junk folders. Without this code, I couldn’t complete registration or checkout properly. Second, a discount code was inconsistently applied. Support repeatedly stated that the discount was applied, even though my screenshots showed otherwise. I was asked multiple times to resend the same screenshots I had already provided. Third, I received conflicting answers from different representatives. Some said the items ran oversized, others told me to just follow the size chart, and no one clearly confirmed whether my order could actually be processed. It felt like no one fully read the previous emails in the thread. Overall, communication was disorganized, repetitive, and unhelpful. After several days and many emails, I still didn’t receive a clear solution, which ultimately pushed me to abandon the purchase.
