Avoid Ultimea! Defective products and fraudulent customer support
I purchased the Ultimea M4T line and it is a complete disaster. The hardware is fundamentally defective (defective subwofer and terrible audio quality), and dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. Instead of taking responsibility for their faulty products, their customer support is intentionally deceptive and fraudulent. They engage in endless stalling tactics, pass the buck, and manipulate logistics and tracking data in the backend to confuse the situation. They previously acknowledged the hardware defects and offered a partial refund without a return, only to completely move the goalposts later and demand the heavy, defective units be shipped back due to their own internal warehouse mistakes. They do not respect their customers, they do not honor their word, and their support team will try to bully and exhaust you into giving up. Save your time, your money and your sanity. Anoid Ultimea at all costs!
