[Solved] Very big issue
Update 23 april 2026: Problem solved. Because I'm using a different email client, I didn't notice that CoinDepo emails were being deleted directly, not just sent to the spam folder. Never happened anything like this with any sender. Customer support contacted me right from the start of the problem, and the password reset emails also arrived as expected. I still don't understand why I couldn't log in since I use a password manager, nor why the emails were being deleted. The star rating goes from 1 to 4. Thank you, CoinDepo. Before: I've been a verified Coindepo customer since December 2025 and have never had any problems. Until today, because I had a really big one: I tried to log in, but I couldn't. I'm absolutely certain I used the correct email and password, but the site says I don't exist! I still clicked "Forgot your password?" to receive the password reset email, but three hours have passed and the email hasn't arrived, not even in the spam folder. I'm also sure no one has been able to access the site to change my password. I contacted support, but so far I haven't received a response. I hope they fix this problem soon, because otherwise they are not serious. Be careful, people! I don't want to lose around €5,700!
