I have had a satisfactory experience with the Pitaka support team. I purchased the thin aramid fibre case for my iPhone 17 Pro Max from Pitaka directly and it fits well. I noticed a small part of the superficial layer at the edge of the case was coming off. I contacted the support team and Tina was very helpful. She has arranged for a replacement case to be sent to me. I am very pleased with the outcome and will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.
