Unsatisfactory service & very rude communication
What a waste of money and time. The first edit I've got took much longer than expected (5 instead of 3 days of original estimate - which is very slow), and edits were unsatisfactory - majority of edits are mechanical and unnecessary, and there were noticeable errors not fixed. Sure, the quality of edits can be low or may even be subject to interpretation, but the biggest problem with this experience was the lack of communication and then extreme rudeness of the agent. An agent basically kept yelling at me during a phone call. Definitely one of the worst service experiences in my life. I quickly realized it was a waste of time so I cut my cost, stopped interacting with them. Please do not waste your money and time, and stick to more established businesses.
