Automated messages in chat session super annoying!
I disliked how long it took to get a response initially & also after the agent (Ruby) told me she would call in 30 minutes, I kept getting automated messages asking if I was still there. You need to provide agents the ability to override those automated messages - they are super annoying. I liked the fact that once we were finally able to connect on a call, Ruby was able to diagnose & resolve the issue in a systematic and thorough way while also providing useful advice on flour types & why some brands are not even listed as compatible.
