I ordered a tripod from this company in March. Didn't use it as we were in lockdown until recently and when I tried to return an extended leg it stuck solid. I have sent numerous emails to this company and they asked for photos. Sent them photos and they have now eventually asked me to send a video! Since then have sent many emails as see no point in sending video of a stuck leg. I cannot use this tripod, I wanted a replacement or refund but since my last numerous emails, no reply!!!! Customer service is non existent and I am so angry that I cannot use an item which is not fit for purpose. Please be careful of using a company with no after sales service.
