Order No. KYR23250 So I really should have checked here before making a purchase. It seems people aren’t getting their orders until well after the posted processing and delivery ETA. I’ve been as patient as I could. And while unlike most merchants who wait until the item has shipped before processing payment. The payment to Sopula was cleared right away. Yet, no product. Then I get here and read that peoples orders aren’t even of quality. I would like one of two things- a shipping confirmation number or a full refund. There must be somewhere to report bad business practices and misleading consumers, surely there must.
