Success Manager Jenny made sure to update me from start to finish, without me having to reach out first, so that I didn't have any worries. She explained the entire process in detail, provided updates as to when items will be shipped, etc. leaving me with nothing to question. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with the furniture itself, delivery, and the customer service.
