722 We are a company that integrates solar systems. The first batteries that I bought from Bassen have already been operating for two years without problems. Bassen equips the batteries with two types of BMS, one made OEM by Tianpower and others with JK. My preference is the ones with JK I have only had one problem in all this time with a BMS that was finally replaced after I tried to fix it in the software. Contrary to what is stated that there is no communication, the Bassen representative with whom I collaborate is very prompt in responding to requests. Regarding the quality of the battery elements, I bought EVE and CAT cells and the quality is given by the manufacturer. Consequently, I can only give a maximum score for the services offered
