Beware: Return process is a trap I am STILL having a terrible experience with Mollyevers UK. The item I received was significantly different from what was advertised and not as described. When I tried to resolve this, the "support" I received was completely unreasonable. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, I should not be responsible for return costs for misrepresented goods. However, they demanded I pay £25 per item to ship them back to China. More alarmingly, they refused to even provide a return address unless I cancelled my Klarna dispute first—a clear tactic to strip away my buyer protection. They even instructed me to lie on customs forms by declaring a false value of £10–£15 to avoid their own import fees. This is unprofessional and deceptive. I strongly advise avoiding this retailer if you value your consumer rights.
