My credit card refunded my money for the flight cancellation, but Indigo isn't happy about it. They're trying to recover the amount, but my credit card has refused their challenge. They state that they don't believe the retailer's comments are valid. As such, we've continued to challenge the dispute further. I recommend to everyone to use credit card for payments at least there are guarantees something goes wrong you will get your money back.
