TO AVOID!
I recently stayed at Dorset Shepherd's Bush in London, and I found it overpriced for the location. The customer service was poor, and the staff displayed a lack of professionalism. Although I had already paid in full online, I was charged an additional deposit, which was not mentioned beforehand. When I checked out, I was told the deposit had been released. However, this was not the case. Instead, a service charge was applied immediately, preventing the deposit from being refunded. I had to call twice and get the booking platform involved before I received an email 17 days later stating that the deposit would be refunded shortly. It’s clear that the front desk misinformed both me and the booking platform.
