Do Not Waste Your Money…
So having written a review of such a bad experience with this company they have responded telling everyone they have responded to me, let me advise everyone reading this they HAVE NOT responded their 30 day money back guarantee does not exist, they offer free gifts to make you buy more but they don't send them the product is awful and a total waste of money. Now having raised my concerns and thoughts on Facebook, where I first saw their advert they have now blocked me for telling the truth and all you see is the good reviews which I would believe to be fake now also, a total scam! Since writing this, I have now received a refund, however, I still stand by the above so proceed with caution as I believe I would never have received a reply to my emails and why can't you speak the truth on Facebook if the product and service does not come up to expectations, I was just being honest!

Product not Good, Dreadful Customer Service!
I have now sent over 6 emails, used the contact form on their website and still not had a reply. Initially, there was no contact to advise my products were on the way, that's fine they turned up within 10 days, I was offered a free gift at purchase it advised that it would be added to my cart it never was and I never received it. I have since used the product which is the black gram body oil, initially it smells quite pleasant but then there is this underlying scent that is quite vile! The downside apart from this is that the product claims to firm the appearance of the skin and promote softer smoother skin, well it doesn't a jar of coconut oil does a better job or Aveeno which is a fantastic product. Using this body oil is a faff as they advise to use before a warm bath, well I don't have a bath so I used it before the shower but it did not have any affect and what's the point of washing off a very expensive body oil it would take a lot longer than 15 to 30 minutes to absorb into the skin. So all round I'm not happy but trying to get any response is impossible, dreadful customer service, dreadful product I do spend a lot on my skin care but this is SO NOT WORTH THE MONEY! It comes in lavish packaging which is unnecessary and must cost a fortune to produce. The 30 day money back guarantee is obviously a lie as I have not had a reply to my request for this. Shame, had such high hopes ☹️
