BUYERS BEWARE, FINDERCUBE IS A FRAUD COMPANY!!!
Like others, I read the negative reviews of this company, but was still willing to give FinderCube an opportunity to prove those negative reveiws wrong. Boy, was I incorrect! I ordered over $300 of purchases from FinderCube and although I was willing to accept the long delay in receiving these items (some of which came from China), I could not accept the poor quality, and even worse customer service. When I reached out to FinderCube customer service to report a defective jacket which did not have its seams sewed, and still shipped, they gave me the runarounds. Although I had already sent them multiple photos clearly showing this damaged item, they kept asking for these photos, and it was then I saw their fraudelent intentions. Fortunately, I use PAYPAL for purchases such as these, and I then filed a complaint/dispute with PAYPAL. PAYPAL investigated and saw all of the email, photos and requests I made to Findercube to resolve this issue, and they QUICKLY ruled in my favor and provided a FULL REFUND, CHARGED AGAINST FINDERCUBE. My advice to others who have doubts, like I did, that if you do purchase from FinderCube, use PAYPAL. There are many complaints like mine against Findercube, and this clearly shows a pattern of fraudelent actions by them. PAYPAL will see this and if you too receive poor service, damaged/defective items or not receive the items at all, PAYPAL will take immediate action to reimburse you. Just be certain to document and keep your email and other communication and photos on hand so that you can include them in your PAYPAL dispute. OTHERWISE, AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS GLOBAL, INTERNET FRAUD COMPANY, FINDERCUBE!!!!
