Actually this is zero stars! Dishonest images of products. How can this site go on without any consequences to them!???!! I ordered a wreath a never even received a confirmation email my but payment went out in a day!! Every single review from others is spot on! I have tried to reach their support desk but have yet to get a response,which they clearly state will be within 24 hrs,….. still waiting,and that was ten days ago. How dare there be a full page on how and you can be refunded only to have at the end of that verbal warning that you probably won’t have a chance in hell of getting one, there is only one way to initiate the process, and you know it’s with the email address that doesn’t get responded to. Nice right?. No phone number contact either. I too have done some of my own “publicity” for this company and hopefully because of it they will be shut down and charged with fraud!
