Non existent customer support - eventually resolved
Edited review. After initially leaving a 1 star review due to lack of customer support and not being able to use the esims I purchased. I was contacted by the company, after several days of exchanges messages whilst the situation was investigated (I’d also done a credit card recharge) I’ve received a refund of one of the eSIMs, and the credit card recharge for the other. It’s a real shame I had this experience as the first time I used this company’s eSIM I had no issues, if customer service had responded, I’m sure the eSIM itself would have been ok. I don’t like the fact I was made to look stupid by publicity saying I’d bought an eSIM for Dubai when I had not, making out the problem was mine.
