Customer Service issue
5 foot bear was delivered to my office yesterday. The audio voice message is not working. Actually had a gentlemen answer the phone once & said computers were down he would call back within the hour - never did. I have called several times and get the same recording. No one answers. These are very expensive items & I'm unable to communicate with Big Plush. Website does not state where to return items. UPDATE - Owner called me directly & said they would "make it right". They were initially very busy due to the holiday. Owner also gave me his cell # for the future.
