SHAM COMPANY, DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!
I don't understand how this company can have above a 1 star review when there are 2 reviews and they've each given 1 star! Clearly something odd which should have been a red flag. I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and noted they have an up to 10 day delivery. I've waited the 10 days and received nothing. Tracking seems to be a sham, stating has been collected by some service and then has been stuck for over 6 days. Contacting the customer service team, though they are polite enough, is useless, they claim they will escalate appropriately, contact warehouse and courier service but so far no tracking updates and they NEVER supply a delivery date. I would agree with previous reviews THIS IS A SHAM COMPANY AND NO ONE SHOULD ATTEMPT TO ORDER FROM THEM!

DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY - EDIT
Although their customer service team respond the same day to your mail, this is the only "on time" thing about this company. Having ordered an item well over one month ago, I've still not received my item to even assess the quality. I have told them repeatedly in no longer need or want the item and have made multiple requests and demands for a refund but they appear unwilling to give me my money back. For reference my order number, #DLN619G0V.
Also just received a mail from the company, with a revised tracking link, company said the order is at the post office I should go collect!!! And take down my review.

I am sorry Bree from Dresslink but your tracking information is woefully inaccurate. I provided my address to have this parcel delivered to my home. This has not happened and I have received no information to state where the parcel is. There are several post offices in my area, I will not travel to each of them to ask for a parcel that does not exist. Please stop lying about your service and provide me with a refund for this order, thank you!!!!
